1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Shefferized Gaming LLC ("Shefferized," "we," "our," or "us"), a Tennessee limited liability company. They govern your access to and use of Kings on the Corner, including the game, websites, accounts, online services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You must sign in using a supported authentication provider, such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities occurring under it. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred. You may permanently delete your account from within the Game or by following the instructions on our Account & Data Deletion page.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or create competing products except where applicable law permits.
5. Fair Play
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party bots, scripts, macros, automation, or attempt to gain unfair advantages. This restriction does not apply to AI opponents, automated tournaments, or other gameplay systems officially provided by Shefferized. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. Player Conduct
When interacting with other players, including through display names, matches, and social features such as friends and invites, you may not harass, threaten, or abuse other players; engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct; or impersonate any person or entity. We may remove or rename a display name, and may suspend or terminate accounts, for violations of this section.
7. Purchases
Optional cosmetic items may be purchased through supported app stores. Cosmetics provide no gameplay advantage. Purchases are licensed, not sold, are generally non-transferable, and are subject to the payment and refund policies of the platform through which they were purchased.
8. Advertising
The free version of the Game may display advertisements served through Google AdMob. Information regarding advertising, consent, and privacy practices is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Rankings
Rankings, seasons, matchmaking, and leaderboard calculations are determined by our servers. We may correct rankings, remove fraudulent results, adjust scoring formulas, or reset seasons to preserve competitive integrity.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, artwork, audio, branding, logos, game design, servers, and other intellectual property associated with Kings on the Corner are owned by Shefferized Gaming LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without compensation.
11. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any feature or the Services at any time. Where required by law, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable.
12. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with applicable United States export control and economic sanctions laws and may not use or export the Services in violation of those laws.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHEFFERIZED GAMING LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $50 USD, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting prs@shefferized.com. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, through in-game notice.
